Pornstar martini

The Pornstar Martini cocktail was created by Douglas Ankrah in London in the early 2000s, using Passoã is his original recipe.

The combination of passionfruit and vanilla gives a delicious sweet and sour taste to this highly glamorous cocktail.

Whip up the iconic Pornstar martini in a flash!

1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add 1,5 oz of Passoã, another of vodka, 0,5 oz of vanilla syrup, the juice from half a lime, and the pulp of half a passion fruit. Give it a good shake!

2. Strain and serve in a fancy pre-chilled glass, and decorate with the other half of the passion fruit (for nibbling on later).

3. Follow with a shot of prosecco or champagne straight after.
